TARS believes in the strength of solid partnerships. In 2020, TARS, TAMS (Texas Association of Mid-Sized Schools) and Moak Casey & Associates formed a strategic partnership in order to benefit all three organizations and positively impact traditional public education statewide.  The strategic partnership increases political strength, maximizes resources, and provides better service to members of all three organizations.  The initial partnership includes:

1.  Economical Strategic Planning model for Small/Midszize schools

2.  Monthly legislative updates

3.  Annual Legislative Conference

4.  Regional day long conferences that include school finance, school accountability and legislative updates

Over time, the partnership will be expanded as future mutually benefical activities arise.The Board, Officers and Leadership of all three organizations should be commended for this forward-thinking alliance.
